Sorting

Pathfinder provides you several ways to sort your data. These options can be found in the upper right hand side of the screen.

Each one of these buttons functions as a "toggle" button. That means if I click to sort questions "By Number" once, it will sort them descending. If I press it again, it will sort them ascending. This logic applies to all the sort buttons available.

In some charts in Pathfinder (most notably the "Trend Analysis" chart), you can sort by specific columns in the actual chart. In the example below, I double clicked the column header "Change Since Last Test." If I double clicked again, the column would sort smallest to largest. This logic applies to every column header, allowing you to quickly sort student results for any test.
